     Here are some Program Ideas for your PACK.  
 
New Cub Scout Training Requirements
All registered Cub Scout leaders must now complete the following FOUR training course to earn the Trained Leader Emblem (Patch):
1. Fast start training for their position
2. Youth Protection Training
3. New Leader Essentials
4. Cub Scout Leader Specific Training (for their Position)
The Fast Start and Youth Protection training are available online through the National Council web site on the My Scouting page.
 
 Cub Scout Resident Camp *NEW in 2008*
Mike Peters of Pack 179 has completed his National Camp School training as the camp director for Cub Scout and Webelos resident camp. As the camp director for the first Cub Scout and Webelos resident camps held at Camp Agawam, he is excited to provide his exciting leadership for hundreds of Scouts that will attend the South of the Border camps this summer. Join the fiesta, earn some activity badges, complete some electives and learn a little Spanish along the way.
